SMS Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number and opting in to receive text messages from King City Disposal, you agree to receive SMS messages related to your dumpster rental service. These terms govern our SMS communications with you.

Types of Messages You'll Receive

When you opt in to receive text messages from King City Disposal, you may receive:

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your rental activity. You will typically receive 3-8 messages per rental (booking confirmation, delivery notification, pickup reminder, and invoice). You will not receive marketing or promotional messages unless you separately opt in to those communications.

Standard message and data rates may apply to messages sent and received. King City Disposaldoes not charge for SMS messages, but your mobile carrier may charge you based on your plan. Check with your carrier if you have questions about your messaging plan.

Our SMS messaging service is compatible with all major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
